Tour the Old Ranch House
![]()
The Ranch House served as
headquarters
during the construction years of the Resort. If the
walls could talk, it would tell you much about the history of Jojoba
Hills. Today, the Ranch House serves a dual purpose. It is a
cozy gathering place for members and guests as well as our Management
Center and business offices.
Managed by our General Manager,
Roger
Pechacek, the office is open every day of the week except major
holidays. Feel free to email
Roger and tell him what a fine job he and his staff are doing.
Sandy
Eddy and Tami Montague make up our professional staff. They
handle many Jojoba Hills business matters; visitors to the resort and
provide an interface with our membership. Our office is a bustling
center of SKP hugs and Escapee smiles. You can reach the office
by phone at 951/767-9130, Extension 5000 or by email.
Our
renovated Ranch House offers a cozy fireplace, sofa, overstuffed
chairs, and a updated, roomy kitchen. It is used for resort
activities. Our members also use it for personal and family
gatherings that require more space than an RV offers. Sometimes
the smell of a cooking turkey or ham wafts into the office, much to
the delight of the staff.
Out
back is the patio with picnic tables and a bocce ball court.
The views of Temecula Valley and the Palomar Mountains are beautiful.
The patio is shaded by a stand of old-growth pepper trees that keep
it cool in the summer and pleasant in the winter.
The renovated garage is
now
used for the storage and maintenance of Resort equipment. The
'Penthouse' located above the garage provides storage for items
earmarked for our Annual October Yard Sale. The
Resort General Manager and staff have RV sites close by.
