Guest Space Rental

 Come for the day and stay for a couple of weeks!  There's plenty to do just in the park: get a guided tour and some ice cream at one of our ice cream socials.  As a SKP or a member's guest you can stay in our boondock area or rent a site with full hookups and cable TV.

You are also invited to use all of our facilities, sand collect hugs or handshakes, and, please,  participate in all our activities.

To rent space in the resort you must be the guest of a member of Jojoba Hills SKP Resort or a member of the Escapees RV Club.  Spaces are available on a first-come first-served basis.  Sites are rented for up to 28 days for a full hook up site or up to 7 days in the Boondock area.  Call 951/767-9130, extension 5000 to check on availability of sites.

To become a member, you or your spouse must be at least 55 years of age and a member of the Escapees RV Club. The current cost of membership is $30,111.61.

 To join us in membership, the first step is to get on the Wait List.  The cost is a $1,000 Membership deposit plus a $100 administrative processing fee. The $1,000 deposit is of course applied against the cost of your membership once a site becomes available.  (The $1,000 is fully refundable if you decide to withdraw from the list at any time.)

Anytime a current member gives up his or her membership, the original cost of the membership and any assessments paid for capital improvements during the membership is refunded to the departing member.
